EXPLORING NEW FRONTIERS FOR TALENT SOURCING

What frontiers of sourcing remain to be explored? How will advances in technology like machine learning and artificial intelligence affect sourcing? What does the future of talent sourcing hold? Where to from here?

At #SOSUDE we will set our gaze on the whole talent sourcing ecosystem with a particular focus on the issues and challenges faced by sourcing leaders and practitioners in Germany and the DACH region. We will set our eyes on emerging trends, current best-practices and the road ahead for sourcing.  We will look at new tools and technologies, techniques and best-practices, and will decipher the ever changing behavior of talent. Delegates will develop a big-picture view of talent acquisition and the tactical nous required to be an agent of change.

Once again we will cover all aspects of sourcing in a way that #sosude is well known for – an uncompromising dissection and analysis of all things sourcing in Germany.

EDGY CONTENT

#SOSUDE will cover all aspects of sourcing in a way that #sosu events are well known for – an uncompromising dissection and analysis of all things sourcing. #sosude16 promises to be a sourcing feast of new ideas and content.

SOURCING CASE STUDIES

#SOSUEU will focus extensively on how sourcing is defined, performed and measured by corporations.  Delegates will learn from companies like Facebook, Amazon, Microsoft, vimpelcom, Scytl etc on how they tackle talent sourcing.

DELEGATE FEEDBACK

#SOSUDE delegates can recommend or request topics that can be tackled by our experts. Our panel of speakers can alter their talk or arrange new sessions to accommodate requests from the delegates.

SOURCING LAB

Delegates will learn the latest sourcing wizardry and hacks.  There will be breakout sessions on both days dedicated to live sourcing. Delegates can bring their sourcing challenges for our speakers to tackle, in an interactive format.

BEGINNER WORKSHOPS

For those new to sourcing, we are introducing hands-on workshops on day one. This is for people who are fairly new to sourcing and want to have a good grasp on the fundamentals of talent sourcing.

DIRECTORS ROUND TABLE

This year we will introduce a round table discussion group for senior recruitment leaders. The event will be exclusively for in-house sourcing leaders to share and discuss about their sourcing challenges and successes.

#SOURCING BUDDY

#SOSUEU is also about networking and making new friends. This year we decided to take it to a new level and assign conference buddy to all delegates. Enjoy meeting new friends and learn together by sharing.

#SOSUDE is not all work, after the day’s events are over we will have networking drinks. Be ready to socialise, and get to know your peers from and make new friends and connections.

SOURCING UNCONFERENCE

This year we will add an unconference session for everyone to be involved in discussions.  There will be free sharing of information with an opportunity to learn in a new and engaging format.
