On her 9th birthday, Nadine has already found her interest in the IT world when she received her brother’s old Amiga 500 computer. In 2009 she finished her apprenticeship as a computer specialist in system integration in an international telecommunication company. But she didn’t stop there. Five years later, she graduated with a master’s degree in Psychology, which gave her the first insights into personnel selection and active sourcing. During her studies, she also gained experience at Sofortüberweisung, a successful online payment start-up.
After a short but very useful time as a recruitment consultant, she joined Shopgate, a leading “Software as a Service” provider for mobile commerce solutions. As a Recruiting Manager, she combines her knowledge she gained on personnel selection, active sourcing, IT and software development from the past 10 years of experience. She is responsible for the whole recruitment lifecycle of the positions in software development and product management. With innovative recruiting tools, agile methodologies, and a sense of humor, Nadine plans on hiring 30 more software developers at Shopgate.
