After an exciting time at his own startup, Christian found his way into the world of recruitment and HR. He took his first steps in stuffing freelancer projects for an IT specialized recruitment agency. Later he was responsible for the market development Switzerland focusing on SAP consultants and developers.

He then took on the challenge of setting up an Active Sourcing Team at P3 Group and at the same time convincing all stakeholders of the benefits of an in-house sourcing team. Currently he deals with tech sourcing targeting engineers and consultants for projects in the automotive industry and recruiting for foreign locations like China and Mexico. In addition to all the plug-ins and technical sourcing tools, Christian tries to keep the human touch in sourcing and recruiting. Christian is a graduate in business administration. During his free time he enjoys spending time with his 2 year old son and his family as well as fishing and cooking.
