She has been at the forefront in developing and scaling innovative talent acquisition strategies for both boutique style digital agencies and global network organizations in Germany. She currently heads up a recruitment team at SYZYGY, an international digital marketing group with over 700 employees across offices in Germany, UK, Poland and the US.

With more than 15 years of industry experience under her belt, Roanne advocates the importance of human-centric talent sourcing in a market increasingly impacted by digital and cultural change.

Roanne has a degree in Visual Communications and when she’s not hunting for creative talent, she enjoys traveling, incredible food, and all things adventurous and beautiful.
