UNSER RECRUITING IST TRAUMATISIERT! WARUM WIR DEN MENSCHEN NEU ENTDECKEN MÜSSEN

LANGUAGE : GERMAN

HENRIK ZABOROWSKI //

LANGUAGE : GERMAN

NINA DIERCKS // ANWALTSKANZLEI DIERCKS

HOW TO ACCELERATE SOURCING BY HARNESSING YOUR CORPORATE CULTURE

LANGUAGE : GERMAN

ROBINDRO ULLAH //

One way of looking at Sourcing is the selling of a product to someone who doesn’t know that he wants it. But how can you manage this task? Hint: it is not passion nor salary nor things most companies invest on (Work-Life-Balance, Responsibility, etc.).  It is your very core within the company called  ‘Culture’ – which if integrated into sourcing approaches will boost candidate response rate.

In this session Robindro will have a look at why culture matters in sourcing and how to harness it to assist in sourcing. This session is beyond tools and strategies, it’s at the core of sourcing – culture maximisation.
