WHAT WE ARE PLANNING FOR #SOSUDE 2019
At #SOSUDE we will set our gaze on the whole talent sourcing ecosystem with a particular focus on the issues and challenges faced by sourcing leaders and practitioners in the DACH region and Europe. We will set our eyes on emerging trends and the road ahead for sourcing.
We will look at new tools and technologies, techniques and best-practices, and will decipher the ever changing behavior of talent. Delegates will develop a big-picture view of talent acquisition and the tactical nous required to be an agent of change.
What you can expect from #SOSUDE 2019
At #sosude we will once again assemble the sharpest minds in sourcing. International experts and local sourcing leaders will share quality content over two days.
Once again we will cover all aspects of sourcing in a way that #sosude is well known for – an uncompromising dissection and analysis of all things sourcing in Germany & DACH region.
300+ delegates attend #SOSUDE each year. We are expecting to be bigger in 2019. Be part of the experience with a growing community of German speaking sourcers.
The popular hackathon from last year will be back, better and more fun. Teams will present their hacks on day two and winners will be announced.
#SOSUEU is not all work. This year we are looking at new ways to encourage networking and making new friends. Be ready to socialise, and get to know your peers from all over the world over a range of social events.
#SOSUDE is also about networking and making new friends. This year we will trial the concept of a buddy system and continue to advance collaboration and making of new friends.
Disco Night was a hit in 2017 and it will be back due to popular demand. #SOSUDE is not all work, we will let our hair down to party and make new friends. Disco night will be on 15 May.
At #SOSUDE we are serious about networking and making new friends. We are organsing dinner to network over food and drinks. Dinner night will start from 6:00 PM on 03 April.
There will be breakout sessions on both days dedicated to live sourcing. Delegates can bring their sourcing challenges for our speakers to tackle, in an interactive format.
All the talks will be translated to English-German and German-English. Besides, all talks will be recorded. Language shouldn’t be a barrier at #SOSUDE.
All the talks will be recorded, and made available after the event. So delegates don’t have to worry about missing any sessions.
The beautiful city of Munich will host #SOSUDE 2019. Munich is one of the most prosperous and fastest growing cities in Germany and a top-ranked destination for migration and expatriate location and is a fitting location for #SOSUDE.
Once again we will try and gain knowledge from other industries. We will invite speakers from other knowledge streams to share knowledge that can offer sourcers an edge.
Once again we will focus extensively on how sourcing is defined, performed and measured by corporations. Delegates will learn from some of the most daring and innovative organisation on how they tackle sourcing.
The best way to learn is to share and discuss with your sourcing peers. We will introduce more interactive group discussions where everyone can share their sourcing experience and also learn from others.
#SOSUEU is not complete without a focus on hacks and hacking. We will once again assemble some of the most curious minds to show us how to hack our way to productivity.
This year we will focus on developing brand ‘you’. The business of finding talent requires talented people, and that is where ‘you’ come in. A lot of the content will be around personal development and improving soft skills.
#SOSUDE will showcase some of the most innovative companies driving sourcing productivity. Delegates will have an opportunity to trial and play with the latest tools.
Like it or not advances in technology continues to be a major influencer in the lives of sourcers. This year we will set our eyes on making sense of the proliferation of technology and tools.
