    What frontiers of sourcing remain to be explored? What does the future of talent sourcing hold? Where to from here?

    At #SOSUEUROPE we will set our gaze on the whole talent sourcing ecosystem with a particular focus on the issues and challenges faced by sourcing leaders and practitioners in Europe. We will set our eyes on emerging trends and the road ahead for sourcing.  We will look at new tools and technologies, techniques and best-practices, and will decipher the ever changing behavior of talent. Delegates will develop a big-picture view of talent acquisition and the tactical nous required to be an agent of change.

    Once again we will cover all aspects of sourcing in a way that #sosude is well known for – an uncompromising dissection and analysis of all things sourcing in Europe.

    WHAT TO EXPECT AT #SOSUEU 2017

    SOURCING HACKATHON

    This year we are adding a third day for a sourcing hackathon. Teams of hackers will be formed and each team will tackle assignments of their choice.  Teams will present their hacks on day two and winners will be announced.

    BEGINNER WORKSHOPS

    For those new to sourcing, we are introducing hands-on workshops on day one. This is for people who are fairly new to sourcing and want to have a good grasp on the fundamentals of talent sourcing.

    DIRECTORS ROUND TABLE

    This year we will introduce a round table discussion group for senior recruitment leaders. The event will be exclusively for in-house sourcing leaders to share and discuss about their sourcing challenges and successes.

    #SOURCING BUDDY

    #SOSUEU is also about networking and making new friends. This year we decided to take it to a new level and assign conference buddy to all delegates. Enjoy meeting new friends and learn together by sharing.

    #SOSUSOCIAL DRINKS

    #SOSUEU is not all work, after the day’s events are over we will have networking drinks. This year we will have a couple of official programs. Be ready to socialise, and get to know your peers from all over the world over a few drinks.

    SOURCING UNCONFERENCE

    This year we will add an unconference session for everyone to be involved in discussions.  There will be free sharing of information with an opportunity to learn in a new and engaging format.

    SOURCING CASE STUDIES

    #SOSUEU will focus extensively on how sourcing is defined, performed and measured by corporations.  Delegates will learn from companies like Facebook, Amazon, Microsoft, vimpelcom, Scytl etc on how they tackle talent sourcing.

    SOURCING LAB

    Delegates will learn the latest sourcing wizardry and hacks.  There will be breakout sessions on both days dedicated to live sourcing. Delegates can bring their sourcing challenges for our speakers to tackle, in an interactive format.

    GENERAL SESSIONS

    Once again we will cover all aspects of sourcing in a way that #sosude is well known for – an uncompromising dissection and analysis of all things sourcing in Europe.  #sosude16 promises to be our best event yet.

    #SOSUHACK – SOURCING HACKATHON

    Every year, one of the highlights at #SOSUEU is the ‘hacks’ – clever new ways of finding talent. Each year speakers and delegates alike shared new and productive ways of using tools and techniques to find talent.

    This year we are taking it further by dedicating one day to sourcing hacks. We are having a #hackathon or rather a #sosuhack day on 27 September.

    Whether you are a perennial tinkerer or just love playing with tools and technology, you will enjoy #sosuhack.
