DO I GET A PHYSICAL TICKET?
DO I GET A NAME BADGE?
YES, every registered delegate will get a name badge. Just turn up at the venue and collect your name badge at the registration desk. As long as you are registered, your name badge will be waiting for you at reception.
NAME BADGE COLLECTION
You can collect name badge at the registration desk on day one. Reception desk will be open from 8:00-9:00 AM. The first speaker will take the stage at 9:00 AM. Turn up early and network with other delegates and speakers over coffee.
HOW TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE REGISTERED
Did you buy a ticket for someone else in the company? Have you decided who is attending from your company? If someone else bought a ticket on your behalf and you are unsure if you are registered please contact us to register the person attending the event.
CHANGING NAMES OF DELEGATES
Changing names of delegates is easy. Just contact us with the details. Please ensure name changes are made at least a week before the event starts.

Munich-Unterschleißheim is only 15 minutes away from Munich International Airport and centrally located to all major highways. It is less than twenty kilometers by car to Munich city center.

Yes we are big on networking. It’s a great opportunity to meet other recruiters and make new friends. There will be networking drinks after the day’s proceedings are over. Stay tuned for more announcement. We trust that lasting connections and friendships will be formed at #SOSUEU
SESSIONS & PRESENTATIONS
WILL THE TALKS BE IN GERMAN OR ENGLISH?
The sessions will be roughly 60% German and 40% in English. Most international speakers will deliver in English and local speakers in German. Translation is being looked into.
WIll PRESENTATION SLIDES BE DISTRIBUTED?
Presentation slides will be available after the event. The might be an instance where a particular speaker might not share their slides, in this case we will let everyone know.
WILL THE TALKS BE RECORDED?
Yes, the main sessions will be recorded on video. It is possible some smaller breakout sessions will not be recorded.
HOW IS SEATING ARRANGED?
Tables/seats are not allocated, delegates can sit anywhere they wish. This is a great opportunity to mingle and meet new people.
WILL WIFI BE AVAILABLE?
Yes, high speed internet is available for all delegates. Wifi details will be made available on the day.
