Daniela started her professional career in the media industry nearly 30 years ago and was fascinated by the internet economy at an early stage. 20 years ago, when e-recruiting used to be a playground for pioneers in Germany, she began to gather her expertise in recruiting, personnel marketing and employer branding by using internet and later on social media. Active sourcing became her main focus: For her own teams but also on behalf of clients she has acquired digital talents by using active sourcing methodology since 2007. In 2009 she founded her own company to attract talents for her clients. Daniela is also passionate to share her knowledge on e-recruiting and active sourcing with recruiters in onsite and online trainings. In addition she was engaged as a Visiting Faculty at ZfU International Business School in Zurich between 2012 and 2016 and has produced several online tutorials for digital-recruiter.com. Daniela is co-author of the best-selling book “Praxishandbuch Social Media-Recruiting”, which will be published in its 4th updated edition by SpringerGabler in October 2020.
