Dov is a Talent Sourcer who started sourcing in 2013. Since then he was sourcing hard to find talent for Western Union, Hotels. Com (Expedia Group), Adidas, Facebook, Starbucks, Apple, Rackspace, Amazon, HelloFresh, Trouva, WorldRemit and others.

Dov is a regular speaker at #SOSU events including delivering the closing keynote at #SOSUEU 2019 in Amsterdam.

On the side, Dov is a founder of an independent music blog – Indie Top 39, career coach, singer-songwriter and photographer.
