Jannis Lehmkuhl ist Head of Talent Acquisition bei der pluss Personalmanagement GmbH.

He is a visionary and digital native who built up a department named Active Sourcing Center and implemented this with sustainable processes into the pluss-group.  Currently, his team is sourcing for more than 35 locations across Germany for pluss.

He also likes to think out of the box and gives unusual ideas a chance. As a result of the different approaches, the Active Sourcing Center has already gained over 300 employees. Furthermore, he known in the pluss group as a creative and innovative driver for new ways of doing things.

His expertise lies on Active Sourcing and conviction of candidates in a digital surrounding, especially with Facebook. He is currently finishing a master program with the focus on human resources and finds a balance by exploring for him unknown countries with a backpack on his shoulders.

Aktuell gewinnt sein 12köpfiges Team für über 35 Standorte deutschlandweit Arbeitnehmer für die pluss-Unternehmensgruppe. Dabei denkt er gerne „out of the box“ und testet auch ungewöhnliche Ideen. Durch die unterschiedlichen Herangehensweisen konnte das Active Sourcing Center bereits über 300 Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter für sich gewinnen.

Weiterhin gilt er als kreativer und innovativer Treiber für Neues und leistet dadurch seinen Teil, um pluss voranzutreiben. Bei der aktiven Suche, Identifizierung und Überzeugung von Kandidaten liegt seine besondere Expertise in der Kommunikation über soziale Netzwerke, speziell über Facebook.

Einen Ausgleich findet der angehende Absolvent eines Masterstudiums mit dem Schwerpunkt Human Resources mit einem Rucksack auf dem Rücken in einem für ihn noch unbekanntem Land.
