Karen is founder of everythingsourcing.com and one of the leading voices of the international sourcing industry. Karen routinely attends and speaks at international sourcing conferences, is very active in local and international sourcing online groups and enjoys sharing information and her opinions are often bold and non-conformative.

Karen incorporates her unique creative skills from the intelligence force in the Israeli army, as well as her creative search techniques from her days as an Information Professional. Her fascination with the future and the latest state of the art technologies – Robotics, AI and other futuristic technologies – Prompt her to constantly test new tools to make the search more effective ad she enjoys teaming with founders of new tools and provide feedbacks and suggestions for improvement.  That a unique kind of sourcer makes!

Karen delivers in-house advanced sourcing workshops to international companies, some with offshore recruiting and sourcing teams.

She is also the co-Founder and Editor-in-Chief of hrtechnation.com, a global website covering topics in the HR Tech industry.   Served as a judge in the start-up competition @UNLEASH London, co-leading the Israeli HR Tech Founders Meetup and the Israeli HR Tech FB group and will serve as a mentor in the first Israeli HR Tech accelerator.
