Marcus started his career as an HR consultant and headhunter for Aquent, a Boston-based HR consultancy. In 2000 he joined Audi and worked in various recruitment-related roles for the next decade. With Audi TRM he designed one of the most innovative hiring and talent relationship concepts in the industry.  In 2012 he moved to Switzerland and took responsibility for the employer branding and recruiting activities of the Swiss insurance company Baloise Group.

After a one-year engagement with Textkernel, the leading developer of semantic recruiting software, in 2016 he joined Straumann Group, the global leader in implant, restorative and regenerative dentistry, heading the talent acquisition and employer branding team. Marcus is a strong networker and shares his experiences and thoughts in many articles, presentations and discussions. As a curator for Personal Branding and career topics he supports the Zurich based News-Startup The married father of two lives in Basel and you can connect with him on any relevant online platform.
