Michaela started her career in the IT recruiting team at epunkt, the #1 recruiter in Austria, in March 2013. After three years of IT recruiting she founded the first IT Sourcing Team in Upper Austria and since April 2017 she is Head of Sourcing, leading all epunkt-wide sourcing activities being responsible for more than 500 sourcing initiated placements a year. Currently she leads a team of 15 sourcers and still plans to expand. Degrees in Business and Economics as well as Social Economics at the JK University Linz. Master’s degree in Creativity & Innovation at the University of Malta.
Her passions: Sourcing Strategy, Creativity & Innovation in Sourcing, Trust-Building to increase sourcing success within an organisation and Candidate Engagement.
