Ralitsa has sourced and hired talent from all over the world for companies such as Amazon, HP, KMPG and Adecco. She is a sourcing generalist and loves working across disciplines and geographies, constantly exploring new tools and approaches to solve the sourcing riddle of the day.
Last year Ralitsa moved from her home country Bulgaria to the beautiful Luxembourg where she is happily sourcing and recruiting for Amazon. She spent a year handling Legal recruitment in Europe and is now enjoying her new challenge with Amazon Web Services’ Sales organization.
She won 2nd place in 2015 World’s Greatest Sourcer competition.
